SweetShack returns policy
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED
Upon receipt of your order you have two working days to advise Sweet Shack of any damage or faults. If your goods are damaged or not the correct confectionery that was ordered, please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 07530 289107 Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm.
We will issue you with a returns number, this number must be quoted on the returned item. Please get a receipt for any delivery charges you incur whilst returning the item.
We will refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the complete item and have a receipt for your delivery costs.
INCORRECT ITEMS ORDERED OR NOT NEEDED
If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect item, we offer a 14 day (from delivery date) refund policy, subject to the items being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied items.
Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging until you are sure you wont be returning the item.
When returning goods, the customer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customers responsibility until they arrive at our shop, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. Sweet Shack regret that postage/packaging costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
